We had a visit from Stella from Artsekta to talk to us about Chinese New Year.
We got to dress up in traditional Chinese clothing. Stella read us the story of Chinese New Year and how different animals represent each year, as a result of the race order of the animals. This year it is the year of the rabbit
We then got to watch how each of our names would be written in Chinese.
We really enjoyed dressing up and doing the lion dance!
We also got to taste some Chinese food for snack 😋 We especially loved the prawn crackers.
